Postponement / Reschedule of Ads

No postponements or rescheduling of ads shall be entertained after the closing of the booking deadline unless under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

TPML reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion and may cancel any order:

• If the Advertisement content is not approved by TPML or is in violation of Terms and Conditions or other policies of TPML.
• If there is a suspicion of a fraudulent transaction or a transaction that is not in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
• TPML will conduct regular checks on ads booked online, and if the content is found questionable, the ad will be cancelled.

For cancellation of an advertisement, the advertiser has to send a written request by email to dhclassifieds@deccanherald.co.in.

Refund Policy

After verifying the email request, the refund shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of the refund request. All refunds shall be made online to the customer’s bank account.
